Sports rehab in Midland.

Rehab that ends where your sport starts. We test cutting, landing and sprinting before we sign off, because pain-free at rest is not the finish line.

What It Is

Cleared to play is not ready to play.

You go back when your body passes the test, not when the ache happens to be quiet that week. That is the whole difference between finishing rehab and finishing rehab twice.

Pain settling down is the first milestone, not the last one. So we rebuild the strength the injury took, then add speed and change of direction back in on purpose, in that order, with your therapist watching how it looks and not just how it feels.

The four phases are the map: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Perform is where your sport comes back. Prevent is where we deal with what let it happen in the first place, so next season is not a rerun.

What It Helps

Where sports rehab earns it.

You played through it because sitting out felt worse than hurting. Fair enough. The trouble is that the compensation you built to keep playing is usually the thing that breaks next.

What A Session Looks Like

Three steps, then the test.

1

We measure what your sport actually asks.

2

We build it back, one load at a time.

3

Nobody signs off until you pass.

Why It Works

Why testing beats hoping.

You go back knowing, not hoping.

The plan ends at your sport, not at rest.

Youth and adult athletes, same standard.

Prevent is in the plan, not an upsell.

Questions, Answered

Sports rehab, no mystery.

We test it. Strength compared side to side, then the movements your sport actually asks for: sprinting, changing direction, landing, throwing, whichever ones apply to you. If a piece does not hold up, that piece becomes the next thing we train. Being pain free sitting still is a milestone, not a clearance.

No. Texas has direct access, so an athlete can be evaluated here without a physician referral, which matters when a season is running. If a coach, a trainer or a school needs paperwork from us, tell us at the evaluation and we will sort out what they need.

Nobody can answer the timeline off a website, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What you get at the evaluation is a plan with an endpoint: the phases, what each one has to prove, and what happens next. On cost, we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, 90 Degree Benefit, UMR and Curative, and out-of-network and self-pay both work here. Ask for a free benefits check, or call (432) 262-1001.
