A cause-first evaluation that looks for why the pain is there. One-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. A plan with an endpoint, run through four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent.

Waiting because you are not sure what it costs is still waiting. Six more months of the careful mornings and the things you have quietly stopped doing is the more expensive option.
