Personal training in Midland.

Training written by people who know your history. If you have finished rehab and do not want to end up back here, this is the part that keeps you out.

What It Is

Rehab ends. The reason you came in does not.

Discharge day is the risky one. The pain is gone, the exercises are in a folder, and the plan for what happens next is usually nothing. Then the same thing shows up in the same place, and you start over.

Training here is the part after. Same building, same records, same people who watched you get better. Kala Luciano, PTA, CPT runs the wellness and training side, so whoever writes your program already knows which knee it was and what set it off.

It is training, not therapy. You get loaded on purpose, you get stronger on purpose, and the work gets written down so the next session starts from something real. If something flares up, your physical therapist is down the hall instead of a phone call and a wait.

What It Helps

Where training earns its place.

You are the one who fixes things: the house, the team, the schedule. This is the part where you keep the fix that was you.

What A Session Looks Like

Three steps, one visit.

1

We start from your history, not a template.

2

You lift, we watch and correct.

3

It gets written down and it gets harder.

Why It Works

Four reasons it earns a place in your plan.

Strength that holds up outside the gym.

A program built on your history.

Someone correcting the rep before it costs you.

Progress written down, not remembered.

Questions, Answered

Personal training, no mystery.

That is exactly who this is built for. We start from what is already known about you rather than a beginner template, and the first sessions are about earning load, not proving something. Soreness is normal, pain is information, and you will hear the difference explained out loud. Nothing gets added until the last thing looks clean.

No referral is needed to be seen here. Texas has direct access, so you can start physical therapy without a doctor visit first. Training is different: it sits on the wellness side rather than the treatment side, so it does not work like a billed therapy visit. Ask us and we will walk you through what your options look like before you commit to anything.

Rehab has a finish line. Training has a target. We name what you want to be able to do, name what has to get stronger for that to be safe, and set a point to check it against. You will always know what we are working toward and whether it is working. Nobody here is going to talk you into a schedule you do not need. Want the numbers before you book? Call us at (432) 262-1001.
