Grew up in Midland and went to Midland High School (Go Dawgs), where I met my husband of 10 Years. We have 2 beautiful daughters, Emma (8) and Elizabeth (5).
I am the Office Manager. I typically handle day to day things, insurance, billing, patient relations, purchasing, scheduling and any other things that arise

Something patients have to deal with that I want to fix is insurance. I absolutely despise when insurance companies try to take advantage of people. So I love being able to help and go the extra mile to ensure the patient is taken care of.
I absolutely love the atmosphere that Jordan and Andre have created. Cultivate is more than just a paycheck. Its home away from home. In the 4ish years that I have been a part of Cultivate, I can truly say that I have grown in so many ways, and a lot of thanks goes to Jordan and Andre. Jordan and Andre both did more than give me a place of employment. They allowed me to be a part of something great that helps people. Cultivate truly can stand on the fact of putting the patient first. They have created an environment where success is always the goal… weather that’s after an injury, a surgery, chronic pain or pretty much anything. They have created an environment to believe in yourself and strive for the best possible outcome in healing and strength. Both of these men are kind and have the ability to make you believe in yourself even when you have never been able to do that. I pray that everyone can find bosses like them and a company that truly supports your success. This is the best place I have ever been a part of.

Outside Of Work
When I’m not working, I coach 2 soccer teams alongside my husband, and I love it. I also love hanging with my family/ friends and having game nights. Ohhh, and crafting I love crafting.

Cultivate is above and beyond! The amount of care and concern they had for my daughter from day one of her ACL tear is unmatched. They encouraged and saw her through reconstruction and rehab with wisdom and compassionate motivation on a weekly basis. Truly they are miracle workers! It is safe to say she is stronger and better than she was pre-injury thanks to the expertise of Jordan, Kala, Braxton, Jae Karson and everyone at Cultivate! And the sweetest scheduling and billing with Tammy and Mirabel! Truly the best of the best!
