I would highly recommend Cultivate Wellness & Sports Rehab! I had meniscus surgery on my right knee and the surgeon recommended 6 weeks of rehab. Braxten was my PT and he was absolutely WONDERFUL! He was always encouraging, kind and extremely knowledgeable regarding my post-op care and recovery. He was detailed in his explanation of exercises and actually typed the descriptions in my phone. Each week, as the muscles around my knee grew stronger, he gave me new and more challenging things to work on.
